Irnerius
Irnérius was a Jurisconsulte Italy N (Bologna vs 1050 - id.av 1130).
He taught the Roman law to Rome, founded the school of Bologna (vs 1084) and proposed a new presentation of the corpus juris civilis in order to make a text of it uses for teaching. It is with Irnérius that the schools of right of Bologna knew a durable radiation. He wrote the medieval first treated of Roman law ( Summa codicis ).
