Iranian Navy

The Marine of the Islamic Republic of Iran is the naval force of the Iran.

Its mission is mainly to protect the Iranian ports and ships. One of its missions was to escort the Iranian ships during the war of the Gulf and to be held ready to interfere on the enemy ships, which had already been the case during the Guerre Iran-Iraq.

History
