Iouri III Moskovski

Iouri III Moskovski , died in 1325, was the son of Daniel Moskovski, prince of Moscow in 1303 and Large-prince of Vladimir of 1318 with 1325.

Born about 1281 in Pereislav he becomes prince of this city in 1302. As from 1313 after being itself seized Riazan, it disputes the throne of Vladimir with Michel III the Saint Vladimirski prince de Tver. Having gone to ask of the assistance the Gold Horde he married the Mongolian princess Kontchaka, baptized under the name of Agafia, sister of the khan Özbeg. Michel III convened with the camps of Khan to answer it of dead of the woman of Iouri III that one showed it to have poisoned there was condemned to died and killed.

The September 21st 1325 Iouri III dies assassinated in its turn with Kolotcha close to Saraï by Dimitri II Vladimirski the son of Michel III who shows it to be responsible for dead for his father.

Of its first marriage with a girl of prince Constantin de Riazan it leaves only one girl and it will have as a successor his brother Ivan Ier of Russia.
