Ioannis Kourtis

Ioannis Kourtis is a type-setter of music born in 1973 with Thessalonique (Greece). In 1982, it follows traditional courses of guitar and musical theory. In 1986, it also begins courses of violin and composition. In 2000, it obtained its control of musical composition at the Ionian university. He wrote the music of several documentary and publicities (Greece/France). In 2001, he was finalist of the contest of the young type-setter of film music in Lunéville and in December 2002, he was member of the jury to the " International festival of Cinema and Technology " from Paris. Since 2004, he is member of the UCMF (Union of type-setters of film music). He wrote several original soundtracks for the cinema.
