In IslamThe invocations ( doâs or dou' ace ) are more or less long formulas which one addresses to Allah. They generally rest on Hadith S and consist sometimes of a request, sometimes in a praise, sometimes in a thanks.
There is for many circumstances of the life like the rising, to lay down it, before and after the nature's needs (see Ghoufranak ), before and after the meals, while returning and while leaving at home, while entering and while leaving, the mosque, at the end of ablutions, during and after the call to the prayer, at the time of the sexual relations, in the presence of an unpleasant thing, against the evil eye, at the time of a new marriage, in misfortune, anger, the disease, at a patient, by seeing a patient, when one can only make, in the debts, while entering to the souk, to support a project, in the fear, the danger, vis-a-vis a group of people, when the authorities are feared, getting dressed, when one is piqué by the devil, etc
This practice becomes with long automatism and an occupation of the spirit in any circumstance.
