Inula

The kind Inula includes/understands approximately 90 species. The inulas are plants of the family of the Asteraceae . Classically for this family, which one believes being a flower is in fact a capitulates formed of many florets surrounded by an involucre of bractées. In this vast family, the inulas approach the daisies, with two types of florets: with the periphery of the florets ligulas, the center (disc), florets tubulés. The peripheral florets of the kind Inula are female, while the florets of the disc are hermaphrodites.
