INTERVAT is the electronic declaration VAT via Internet in Belgium.

Since the February 10th 2002, the subjugated people with the VAT can deposit their declaration via the site of the Ministry for Finances. This service is addressed mainly to the Entreprise S which deposit only one declaration per month or quarter. The form of declaration is downloadable on the site of the Ministry for Finances. The taxable person supplements his declaration on his PC. The form being known as " intelligent" , it announces the incompatibilities and certain errors. An on line help is always available. Lastly, the taxable person sends his declaration to the administration via the Internet and receives an official acknowledgment of delivery (date and hour of the sending).
