International week of Criticism

the international Week of criticism is a section parallel with the official selection of the Cannes festival which was created in 1962 and which is organized by the French Trade union of the film critic.

Price for full-length films

Grand Prix of the international Week of criticism : decreed by the journalists and critics film to the one of the seven feature-length films of the selection.
Price SACD : decreed by SACD with the one of the authors of the seven feature-length films of the selection.
Price ACID : decreed by the Agency of the Independent Cinema for its Diffusion (ACID). The preceded film profits from the support of Acid for its distribution.
Price OFAJ of (all) the Young Criticism : decreed by French and German high-school pupils taking part in (all) the Young Criticism and sponsored by the Franco-German Office for youth (OFAJ).
Camera of Gold : decreed with best first film chosen in all the confused sections (Competition, a Certain Glance, About fifteen the realizers or Week of Criticism).
Price Young Glances : decreed by the Jury-Youths, composed of 7 young European film enthusiasts, with a film chosen in the two parallel selections of the Festival (Week of Criticism and About fifteen the realizers.
Rail of gold : decreed since 1995 by a group of railwaymen film enthusiasts which attends projections of the Week.
