International policy
The term of International policy calls upon the behavior of a Pays on the international chess-board, its diplomatic choices. The Diplomacy being, in international policy, art to draw the most possible advantages for its nation. Art to claim, art to concede: each choice, concession, assistance, neutrality monnayant itself; each requirement, opposition, or disrespect paying itself one day.
La Political being the " Control of the businesses publiques" , the purpose of it is the maintenance of law and order and the improvement of the situation, here, that of the French State vis-a-vis the competitor States.
Mais it is a race. The international policy of a State thus seeks to reinforce - more than the others her position, her influence, as well by the trade, as by the army or the religion. The purpose of the international policy is also to satisfy the interior public opinion, which, and often refers to clean last of country (French empire for the current French metropolis, etc).
