The liberal Internationale represents a world federation of the liberal and radical political parties (social-liberals) of the whole world, founded in 1947 pennies name world Union of the liberal parties . This association currently has its seat with London.

Frits Bolkestein, author of a project of Directive of the European Union of liberalization of the services, is its president of 1996 to 1999. The president Senegal board Abdoulaye Wade was vice-president in the Années 1970.
