International festival of music Tibor Varga
Since the summer 1964, the International festival of music Tibor Varga founded with Sion (Swiss), brings together artists of world reputation. As of 1963, an academy of summer offers each year to more than 400 young musicians of all the continents the occasion to perfect their formation. The university of music of Sion, founded in 1991 by Tibor Varga, is exclusively devoted to the training of professional musicians for the instruments with Archet S. the international contest of Violon Tibor Varga, created in 1967, is regarded today as one of the most famous contests of violin on the world scene.
