International festival of maritime film, exploration and environment
The International festival of maritime film, exploration and environment ( FIFMEE ) is a festival which proceeds every year with the Palate of the Congresses of Toulon (France) during 10 days. It takes place each year since 1954 and has as a subject all explorations, the environment, the knowledge of the marine and underwater world, etc It is the occasion of a contest of photographs at the same time as of films.
