International convention OSPAR

The International convention OSPAR (for " Oslo - Paris ") defines the methods of the international cooperation for the protection of the seamen circle of the Atlantique of the North-East. It is coming into effect the March 25th 1998, and replaces Conventions of Oslo and Paris.
