International community
The International community is an expression meaning:
- Or all of the Member States of the United Nations
- Or the worldwide of the world
- Or a more restricted direction like the countries having an important international influence
This expression, often employed by the Media S, does not have a legal basis, and appears rather fuzzy. In fact, it has direction only when the countries of the world are expressed massively on a subject. There does not exist precise line defining as from which moment there is intervention of the " The Internationale" Community; in a local business. In the same way, the question of the " recognition by the international community of the independence of a état" is not very precise, since often a state seeking to establish its independence is recognized or not according to the political interests of the other states.
But even if the concept is not defined in International law, it is all the same usable to judge certain businesses: for example at the time of the Grand Prix of Formula 1 of Turkey, the cut was given to the winner by Mehmet Ali Talat, directing Turkish République of Cyprus of North. As the International federation of the car requires that the cuts be given by internationally recognized leaders, it imposed a fine of 5 million dollars to the organizers. Those did not make call that against the amount of the fine, grateful thus their infringement.
