International center of European formation

Founded in 1954, by Alexandre Marc, the CIFE is a private association international which includes several programs of European studies, as well as conferences, seminars and publications.

The CIFE proposes a European academy on line.

Creations of the CIFE

Institute European of the High International studies

The IEHEI or the I nstitut E uropéen of the H autes E tudes I nternationales was created in 1964 following an initiative of the CIFE. This creation project was supported by the municipality of Nice like by the Commission of the European Communities.

This institute is conventionally dependant on many universities throughout the world, in particular in Germany, Italy, Turkey then in Europe Centrale and Eastern.

Proceeding in several countries, its programs are only centered on the European and international studies. Their animation is ensured by an international body teaching made up at the same time of professors of university but also of experts and accommodate students and researchers of several countries.
