International airport of Tabarka- November 7th

The international airport of Tabarka- November 7th (rear RTL مطارطبرقةالدولي) (Code AITA: TBJ , Code ICAO: DTKA ) serves the town of Tabarka and more generally all North-West of the Tunisia. Located at 15 kilometers in the east of Tabarka, it is put in exploitation in 1992.

The airport, of a Surface of 240 Hectare S, accommodates 66.308 passengers in 2005.

Governmental measures as regards tariffing were recently decided in order to encourage the development of its activity. This airport is exonerated from the aeronautical royalties until the December 13rd 2008.

Like all the Tunisian airports, the airport is managed by the Office of the civil aviation and the airports (OACA).
