International airport of Tōkyō-Haneda

The international airport of Tōkyō is located at Haneda, to 30 km in the south-west of Tōkyō, in the district of Ōta, with the Japan. It receives interior but such international flights mainly of Asia. It is the 4th airport of many passengers in the world: more than 65 million passengers forwarded there in 2006.

It should not be confused with the International airport of Narita located at 60 km in the north of Tōkyō of which it shares almost official name ( Nouvel international airport of Tōkyō ). A project of extension should allow, as from 2009, the return of the international flights to Haneda.

To go there, it is enough to take the Monorail station of Hamamatsuchô (浜松町) close to the Tour to Tōkyō. Since 1998 the line of the Réseau keikyu (kuko express train) also leads to the airport.
