International airport of Birmingham

The international airport of Birmingham is an airport located at 10,2 km in the south-east of Birmingham, in the borough of Solihull in the West the Midlands. It is the sixth British airport after London Heathrow, Aéroport of London Gatwick, Manchester, London Stansted and London Luton.

In 2005, the passenger traffic was of 9 million passengers. The airport accommodates flights domestic, European, towards India, the Middle-East and North America.

It is near the M42 highway and of a45 road. It is also connected to the line Birmingham - London by the railway station international of Birmingham.
