International Supreme Council for Dawah and Relief
The International counsel of assistance and Islamic preaching ( International Islamic Council for Dawa and Relief or IICDR) is an organization created in 1988 by the Saudi Arabia and placed under the authority of the Université Al-Azhar with the Cairo. It has as a function to coordinate the efforts of the Moslem ONG, in particular on the plans policy and monk. It has as a president large the Al Azhar sheikh, but it is generally represented by its general secretary.
