International Disney-ABC Television
International Disney-ABC Television is a subsidiary company of the Walt Disney Company for the Syndication with international of the television programs produced by the various subsidiary companies of Disney. She was created in 1985 under the cut of Buena Vista Distribution under the name Buena Vista International Television ( BVITV ).
Since 2004 it is attached to the Disney-ABC Television Group.
It ensures the distribution of the own-produced emissions, of the productions (emissions and telefilms) of ABC since the creation of the chain. It ensures also the diffusion of films of Walt Disney Pictures, Caravan Pictures, Touchstone Pictures, Hollywood Pictures, Miramax Films and Dimension Films. But it does not manage the productions of Walt Disney Television or ESPN.
The company manages contracts of diffusion of the programs of the various subsidiary companies of Disney on 1300 chains of 240 countries.
History

The May 26th 2005, Buena Vista International Television and ERT sign a contract of diffusion of programs of Disney of which Desperate Housewives, Lost and series of Playhouse Disney.
The October 18th 2005, BVITV signs a contract of diffusion with the SPOKE for emissions resulting from the programming of Disney Channel and Jetix.
The May 11th 2006, BVITV signs an agreement in Germany with HanseNet for Vidéo with the request
The February 15th 2007, BVITV accocie at the video service on mobile mobile phone Cinema of Bell Canada.
The May 28th 2007, this subsidiary company was famous International Disney-ABC Television and dissociated of the named subsidiary company for the United States Disney-ABC Domestic Television.
