International Conference for renewable energies

The International Conference for renewable energies is a conference organized of June 1st to the June 4th 2004, with Bonn, in Germany by various Member States of UNO, following the World summit on sustainable development of Johannesburg, in South Africa.

Principal questions of this conference:

  • How to increase in an important way the proportion of the renewable energies used in the industrialized countries and in the process of development, and how their advantages and their potential can be used better?

The conference concentrated on the following topics:

  • creation of a political system of renewable work allowing the development of the energy market.

  • increase in public finances and private in order to ensure a request for renewable energies.
  • development of the human and institutional capacities, and coordination and intensification of the research and the development.
