Intercommunity association for the destruction of the refuse

SIDOR is the short cut of a S yndicat I ntercommunal for the D estruction of the hard Or of the communes of the cantons of Luxembourg, the Esch-on-Alzette and Capellen.

The factory intended for these ends is close to Leudelange.

Its statutes were fixed as follows:

large-ducal Decree of June 18th, 1971

authorizing the creation of the " intercommunity association for construction, the exploitation and the maintenance of an installation intended for the destruction of the refuse of the communes of the cantons of Luxembourg, Esch and Capellen" and published in the Memorial of July 6th, 1971, page 904, modified by large-ducal decree of October 12th, 1971 (Memorial of October 25th, 1971, page 1376) " intercommunity association for the management of waste coming from the households and assimilable waste of the communes of the cantons of Luxembourg, Esch and Capellen.

By large-ducal decree of November 25th, 1991 (Memorial B n° 55 of December 10th, 1991, page 1040) of new statutes are approved and the trade union takes the name of: intercommunity association for the management of waste coming from the households and assimilable waste of the communes of the cantons of Luxembourg, Esch and Capellen.
