Inter-ministerial committee of installation and competitiveness of the territories
The Inter-ministerial committee of installation and competitiveness of the territories (CIACT) is a committee joined together in France by the Prime Minister and including/understanding the ministers concerned with town and country planning. It met for the first time the October 14th 2005 and made following the Inter-ministerial committee for the installation and the development of the territory (CIADT).
The CIACT of October 14th, 2005 related inter alia to the points suivants :
- replacement of the Datar by an interdepartmental Delegation with the installation and the competitiveness of territories (DIACT).
- continuation of the implementation of the poles of competitiveness whose list had been drawn up at the time of the CIADT of the July 12th 2005.
- great projects of infrastructure (TGV the Rhine-Rhone, Bordeaux-Pau highway), urban public transport in Ile-de-France and in the metropolises of province
- call to the private financing by the system of the concession and that of the contracts of public-private Partnership.
