Instruction (right)

In French right, the instruction is the procedure during which the Examining magistrate gathers evidence on the commission of an infringement and decides reference of the people against which there exist loads in front of the jurisdiction of judgment. The examining magistrate corresponds to the first degree; with the second degree it is the Chambre of the instruction which is qualified. This last statue on the calls formed against the ordinances of the examining magistrates and the decisions of the judge of freedoms and detention.
