The Institute Economy, Science and Communication is a non-profit making company, recorded with the Quebec the September 7th 2005, and is affiliated with no academic institution, political lobby or external influence, even financial. Its leaders are a group of thinkers responsible for the totality of the ideas created and published by the institute. Research is interested in the fields of the political economy and the application of the Technologies to the Politique. The main objectives are the effective exercise of the capacity and the evolution of the systems and mechanisms political by means of the Technologies the information and the Télécommunications. The solutions are presented under the format of tools and evolutions social, integrating these Technologies into the Political systems, generating a better development of the Sciences, a strongly increased effectiveness of the Political systems and economic and preparing the transition from the Democratic regimes to the Singularité.

the economy , particularly the demonstration of its source of creation of richness in the Science and the means most effective to increase it by means of the development accelerated of the Sciences applied and abstract.
the Science , particularly best conditions for its development and concrete tools allowing the economy and the Political systems to increase their effectiveness and their utility.
the Communication , bases fundamental of any political relation and whose evolution makes it possible to reach potentials of effectiveness differently impossible to reach decision making social evolution

Institute E.S.C proposes a research solution concrete anchored on the potential of going beyond of the traditional obstacles by means of the Communication increased by the Technologie.
