Inspectah Deck is a singer of Rap, alias Rebel INS, Rollie Fingers, Fifth Brother.

Its true name is Jason Hunter . It was born the July 6th 1970 with Brooklyn.

Inspectah Deck is one of the least known members of the collective Wu-Tang, whereas it is paradoxically one of most talented. One of the plausible reasons is that it perhaps privileged its performances within the group, rather than its career solo. Deck took part in all collective albums of Wu-Tang Clan. It obviously begins the adventure through the masterpiece Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) where it is present in practically all the tracks (in particular famous the Protect Ya Neck and C.R.E.A.M. ).

A flow well Hardcore, very worked texts characterizes the style of Rebel INS. It takes part in the solos projects of Raekwon (Only Built 4 Cuban Linx), GZA (Liquid Swords), Method Man (Tical), Ghostface Killah (Ironman).

After these exceptional performances in the albums of these friends, one thinks then of its first album solo, which would have been planned for the end 1995. It of it was nothing. Inspectah answers the press specialized “Let Me At Them” on the Original soundtrack of Bruise From The Hood. Indeed, not of album solo but a participation in 1997 in the second opus of Wu-Tang Clan, the double album Wu-Tang Forever . One then discovers it as a producer on “Visionz”.

In 2000, it also takes part in the album The W . They is a few months before the exit of this opus which Inspectah Deck leaves its first album solo with Uncontrolled Substance . One finds on this album in particular U-God and Masta Killa of Wu-Tang. The “satellite rappeurs” with the Clan are present, such as Streetlife and the Darkman.

The album is an important business success since it returns in Signal 5 of best the sales to the USA, with more 300  000 sold units.

Deck carries on its road while taking part in Iron Flag in 2001, fourth album of Wu-Tang Clan, with very good performances on tracks such as “Dashing”, “Iron Flag” or “Rules”.

In 2003, the revoilà in solo with The Movement . Few featurings on this album; simply the title “Shorty Right There” with once again Streetlife, and Framed with Killa Sin and Kool G Rap.

It takes part in No Said Date , the first album solo of Masta Killa, on the song “Silverback”.

It is in 2006 qu ' it leaves its news mixtape “Patient The Resident” with the participation Masta Killa and U-God.
