InspIRCd
InspIRCd is a modular IRCd written in C++. It respects (without modules) RFC 1459. At the beginning, it was created for network IRC ChatSpike, then was published under License LPG. Contrary to other IRCd, InspIRCd is not a Fork, it was written of zero.
