Innamoramento

Innamoramento is the fifth album studio of Mylène Farmer published on April 7th 1999 (Polydor).

After the turn rock'n'roll of Anamorphosée , the singer joins again with a style “varieties” by integrating some keys “world”.

Filled up references to the books of Francesco Alberoni, Primo Levi, or the Small Prince, but also with Buddha, the painting of Egon Schiele and with the film the girl of Ryan of David Lean, Innamoramento reveals Mylène controlling his writing and playing with the words and the double directions ( Optimistique me, the Heart-Stram-Gram ).

The album will be again a success, will exceed the 1.300.000 sales, and will raflera all on its passage: Artist of the year 1999 and 2000 with the NRJ Music Awards, Better Album 1999 with the NRJ Music Awards, Better Clip with the M6 Awards…
