History

  • 1923: Maurice Decroix creates an industrial laundry specialized in the washing of the cloths essuie hand to Boulogne-Billancourt. Its main customers are the RATP and the railroad companies.   • 1964: opening of a second establishment in the Eure with Gravigny
  • 1981: the hirer out of linen " Initial Services ltd" enter the capital of the family company to a total value of 35%
  • 1987: constitution of the holding Decroix
  • 1995: The holding decroix is bought by Companie Générale of water which its network, Ecolinge, with establishments BTB.
  • 1997: Rentokil Initial takes again the shares of CGE, the network becomes Initial-BTB
  • 2007: The group is condemned by the council of competition for agreement with its main thing conceived Elis_ (undertaken)
