Inhibiter of intégrase

The class of the inhibiting of intégrase (or anti-intégrase ) includes/understands three molecules at present targeting the Enzyme intégrase of HIV:

  • the Raltegravir (soon marketed under the Isentress© mark but also known under the name of code MK-0518);
  • the Elvitegravir (code names: GS 9137 or JTK-303);
  • MK-2048.
These molecules block the integration of DNA proviral with the Génome of the infected cell.
