Ingvar Wixell
Ingvar Wixell (born the May 7th 1931 with Luleå) is a Baryton of Opéra Swedish. In 1955 Wixell begins with the role from Papageno in the Magic Flute from Mozart. He sings with the Swedish royal Opera with Stockholm of 1955 with 1967. From 1967 he is member of the Opera of State of Berlin where he works during more than 30 years.
Ingvar Wixell excelled in the roles of Scarpia in Tosca of Puccini as well as the titles roles of Rigoletto and Falstaff of Made green.
It also made to the roles of Barber in the Barber of Seville of Rossini, Escamillo in Carmen of Bizet, Amonasro in Aida of Verdi, like the titles roles of Rigoletto and Simon Boccanegra of Made green and Eugene Onéguine of Tchaïkovski.
In 1965 Wixell interprets all the songs with the Swedish contest selecting the representative of the Concours Eurovision of the song.
