Ingouchie
The Republic of Ingouchie (Russian: Респу́бликаИнгуше́тия; Ingouche: ГiалгiайМохк) is a federal subject of the Fédération of Russia (a République). The direct Translittération of the name of the republic is Respublika Ingushetiya .

History

Ingouchie belongs to the Russia since 1810. Of 1921 with 1924 of the Soviet republic of the mountains established in the the Caucasus. The autonomous Oblast ingouche was established in 1924. Of 1934 with 1992 it was attached to the neighbor Chetchnia in the autonomous Soviet socialist République of Tchétchénie-Ingouchie, a short period following the Second world war put aside (see below).
During the Second world war, Joseph Stalin showed Ingouches of collaboration with the Nazis and off-set the whole population towards the Central Asia. Their autonomous territory was dissolved, and the district of Prigorodny transferred in Ossétie from North. Although Ingouches were rehabilitated in the years 1950 and were authorized with turned over on their premises, the district of Prigorodny remained part of the Ossétie of North, and Ingouches there turning over faced has an animosity of the population ossète established since.
The tensions exploded after the disintegration of the Soviet Union; the north of the Caucasus was the seat of the first severe inter-ethnic violences to devastate the Russian federation. At the end of October 1992, of tens of thousands of Ingouches were constrained to leave their houses of the district of Prigorodny in Ossétie of North. The problem of the Réfugié S is since an main issue of the government of Ingouchie, making already vis-a-vis a strong unemployment (up to 50%), a ecoloqic crisis in aggravation, a strong concentration of Russian troops is stationed there because of the close war as Chetchnia and an surge of refugees tchetchenes fleeing the conflict. Although certain arrangements were reached with Ossétie of North concerning the refugees ingouches, the problem is far from being solved.
The capital was transferred from Nazran to Magas in December 2002.
In June 2004, some 570 militiamans tchetchenes invaded the republic and attacked the town of Nazran, killing more than 90 people. Russia showed the war leader Chamil Bassaïev to have organized the attack.
Policy
The chief of the government ingouche is the president. In 2004, the president was Murat Zyazikov.
Economy
With few resources if it is not the mineral Water, Ingouchie was stated Zone of free trade in order to encourage the Investissement. The local government wishes the development of the Tourisme, however the tended political situation of the area is problematic.
