Indulis Emsis
Indulis Emsis (born the January 2nd 1952) is a Biologiste and Latvian Politician . Prime Minister for the Latvia of the March 9th to the December 2nd 2004.
Member of the green Left Latvia, vice-president of the Union of the peasants and the greens, first green head of government of Europe.
It is indicated the March 9th 2004, Prime Minister for the Latvia following the resignation of Einārs Repše. Its coalition government of Center-right is reversed by the Saeima the October 28th 2004. He resigns the December 2nd 2004.
