Individual leave of formation

The C.I.F or individual Congé of formation is an option of formation available to paid according to certain conditions.

To profit from an Individual Leave of formation, there are 3 possibilities

- to be in TDCI since more than one year and to have worked more than 2 years

- to have at least carried out a 4 months CDD and to have worked more than 2 years

- to have carried out 1600 hours in Interim during the last 18 months

It consists in for the employee following formation going from 6 months to 3 years, according to its will, in total independence (contrary to the other options of formations which are the contract of professionalisation and the Continuing education).

This with an aim of reconverting and of changing activity, to control new competences, to open out and to open with the culture, the social life.
