Indicielle management

The indicielle management of a Portefeuille of actions consists in permanently maintaining a wallet whose value practically evolves/moves like a Market index precise (for example CAC 40).

For this purpose, the wallet is composed of same the titles as those of the index and in the same proportion. Moreover, the manager can use contracts Dérivé S on the market index.

This management is practiced in particular by Investment trust called funds indiciels

An alternative is the “tiltée” indicielle management where the manager includes in the wallet certain titles, credits or operations which seem to present the possibility of releasing an output higher than that of the index.

Since the indicielle management is a management known as passive, the related overheads are there generally less low (on average 1%). Moreover, the funds indiciels often have an output higher than that of usual investment trust, which is managed in an active way but is accompanied by higher overheads (on average from 2,5% to 3%).
