Independantism
The independantism is a movement militant to claim the political independence of a territory. Often it aims to the separation of a state, a Province or a Territoire of the Pays to which it belongs in order to become an independent State or to annex itself with another country.
The independantism is associated with the Sécessionnisme or the separatism.
It is generally armed, but can be peaceful like that of the Mahatma Gandhi in India.
The independantism generally develops in a colonized territory, like the national Front of release (or FLN) in Algérie, or the party of Oscar Temaru both occupied by the France.
That can also be a Séparatisme Politique, like the claims of the Minjindang, party in power with Taiwan since 2000, contrary to generally accepted ideas, the preceding party, the Guomindang preached its own capacity on the République of China, including Taiwan and continental China (Popular republic of China).
In France, many independence movements were born: clandestine political parties or armed groups. The Walloon, peaceful Indépendantisme, results from a political and institutional dynamics. On the metropolitan territory where a number important areas asserting independence or a greater autonomy: at the head the Corsica , having many political movements such as Corsica Nazione or " Unione Naziunale ", as well as clandestine groups armed such as FLNC. There exist also political movements in Savoy with the Savoyard Ligue or with Nice with the Ligue for the restoration of freedoms niçoises, as well as movements in Occitanie, Alsace, in the Pyrenees Orientales (Catalan Pays), Brittany or the Basque Country French (of which the movements are identical to the political movements or army of the Spanish Country-Basque, such as the clandestine movement ETA). There exist other separatist movements in the DOM-TOM such as in New Caledonia or in Tahiti.
Throughout the world, there also exists of many organizations claiming independence, such in Chetchnia, in Kurdistan, in Quebec (Souverainisme), or in Tibet.
