In The Club

In The Club is a group of Rock French, formed by Chakib (type-setter author, singer, guitarist), Simon (guitarist), Joe (bass player) and Herve (beater). The Parisian group knew the day in 2004, when the singer/guitarist Chakib Chambi left the group Overhead.

The sound of In The Club approaches the Pop-rock'n'roll “to English”. The style of the compositions is founded on guitars with the naive and nervous melodies, supported by rhythmic borrowing as well from the rock'n'roll of the 60 qu years' to the culture club of the Eighties. The compositions of the group, short, with a voice melody, nonchalante and éraillée, are all in English.

The quator knows a certain notoriety thanks to its many Parisian concerts and its selection with compilation CQFD 2006 of the magazine Inrockuptibles . It took part in the round “Inrocks Indie Club Turn”, and was selected for the advertizing music (2006) of Logitech.
