Its stage, the Sports complex Claude-Robillard, with Montreal (Quebec), Canada, has a capacity of 9300 seats. The club is currently chaired by Nick DeSantis.
History

1992 : Foundation of the club by Joey Saputo
- 1993: The May 14th, the Impact plays its first official match which was a defeat of 2-3 (with the shootings with the goals) against Los Angeles. The May 21st was the first official match in residence and it was a victory (the first in the history of the club) by the result of 4-2 against Tampa Bay.
- 1994: First victory in championship
- 1995: The team finishes first during the regular season, but inclines itself at the time of the first round of the eliminating heats
- 1996: Even scenario that the previous year. Thanks to successes of the team, they succeed in integrating new players into the club
- 1997: The league changes name for A-League. The team once again finished first and inclines itself with the second round of the eliminating heats
- 1998: Paul Kitson becomes the new trainer of the team. The team finishes first and elimination still occurs with the second round.
- 2000: The team does not qualify itself for the series, a first in seven years. Valerio Gazzola is the new trainer.
- 2001: Financial problems come to strike the team which will be maintained in life by governmental subsidies and investors. The team comes to a victory to qualify itself. However the team gains the Cut of Montreal, small tournament gathering six teams.
- 2002: With Bob Lilley like new trainer, the team returns in force, finishing in the forefront of the North-eastern section. The team finishes her eliminatory series with the second round against Raging Rhinos. Eduardo Sebrango will reach a new record by marking 18 goals.
- 2004: The Impact finally gains the Championship of A-League 2 to 0 against Seattle.
- 2005: Construction of a future stage in Technoparc announces.
- 2006: The new stage will be built not in Technoparc but close to the Olympic stadium. The beginning of construction could start with the autumn 2006. The July 15th, the Impact gains the 200e victory of its history by beating Sounders 2 to 1 with Seattle. August 25th, the Impact reached the figure of 1 million spectators (during the regular season) and this since 1993.
- 2006: Creation of a club of reserve announces, the Attak of Three-Rivers, which will play the season 2007 in the Canadian League of Soccer (Canadian Soccer League). The trainer-chief is Marc Dos Santos.
- 2007: The May 11th Frederico Moojen registered the 500e goal of the history of the club and on this goal, Mauro Biello marked its 200e points of its career with the club (68 Goals and 64 Master keys).
