Synopsis

The woman of Gerard Mazet has just died. Julien Davenne arrived in the east of France to comfort it, but itself saw a true drama: it is widowed, lives with one controlling and Georges, an handicapped child with whom it learns how to speak. In this same house, where it shelters its loneliness, it arranged a room entirely devoted to the memory of his wife Julie.
With the Earth where he is writer, he deals with the heading obituary. In a sale, it meets Cécilia and their reports/ratios will evolve/move according to their love for deaths…

But the care given to Georges, and who points out to the topic of the wild Child , shows also the attention of Julien for the alive ones.

Comments

The light of the candles and the music composed by Maurice Jaubert, itself prematurely dead in 1940, accentuate the nostalgia of this strange film.
