Ilm

' Arab Ilm in rear RTL علم means knowledge, knowledge or science. Al “ilm designates any scientist in any field. The Coran encourages with the acquisition of all to know of general interest. It is what explains the development of sciences as of the first centuries of the Islam.

Sourate 6

• verse 148:
  
  سَيَقُولُالَّذِينَأَشْرَكُواْلَوْشَاءاللّهُمَاأَشْرَكْنَاوَلاَآبَاؤُنَاوَلاَحَرَّمْنَامِنشَيْءٍكَذَلِكَكَذَّبَالَّذِينَمِنقَبْلِهِمحَتَّىذَاقُواْبَأْسَنَاقُلْهَلْعِندَكُممِّنْعِلْمٍفَتُخْرِجُوهُلَنَاإِنتَتَّبِعُونَإِلاَّالظَّنَّوَإِنْأَنتُمْإَلاَّتَخْرُصُونَ
  “Those which associated will say: “If Allah had wanted, we would not have given him associates, our ancestors either and we would not have declared prohibited anything.” Thus their predecessors treated liars (messengers) until they had tasted Our rigor. Say: “Do you Have some science to produce us? You follow only the conjecture and done nothing but lie”. ”

Sourate 7

• verse 7:
  فَلَنَقُصَّنَّعَلَيْهِمبِعِلْمٍوَمَاكُنَّاغَآئِبِينَ
  “will tell We to them in all knowledge (what they did) because We were not absent! ”
• verse 52:
  وَلَقَدْجِئْنَاهُمبِكِتَابٍفَصَّلْنَاهُعَلَىعِلْمٍهُدًىوَرَحْمَةًلِّقَوْمٍيُؤْمِنُونَ
  “Us theirs, certainly, brought a Book which We detailed, in all knowledge , as guide and of mercy for people who believe. ”
• verse 62:
  أُبَلِّغُكُمْرِسَالاَتِرَبِّيوَأَنصَحُلَكُمْوَأَعْلَمُمِنَاللّهِمَالاَتَعْلَمُونَ
  “I communicate the messages of my Lord to you, and I give you sincere council, and I know of God what you do not know not. ”

Sourate 11

• verse 49:
  تِلْكَمِنْأَنبَاءالْغَيْبِنُوحِيهَاإِلَيْكَمَاكُنتَتَعْلَمُهَاأَنتَوَلاَقَوْمُكَمِنقَبْلِهَذَافَاصْبِرْإِنَّالْعَاقِبَةَلِلْمُتَّقِينَ
  “Here are some news of Unknowable that We reveal you. You them knew not, neither you nor your people, before that. Would be patient. The happy end will be with the piles. ”

Sourate 21

• verse 74:
  وَلُوطاًآتَيْنَاهُحُكْماًوَعِلْماًوَنَجَّيْنَاهُمِنَالْقَرْيَةِالَّتِيكَانَتتَّعْمَلُالْخَبَائِثَإِنَّهُمْكَانُواقَوْمَسَوْءٍفَاسِقِينَ
  “And Batch! We brought the capacity to judge and the to him to know , and saved We it city where the defects were made; these people were really people of the evil, of the perverts. ”
• verse 79:
  فَفَهَّمْنَاهَاسُلَيْمَانَوَكُلّاًآتَيْنَاحُكْماًوَعِلْماًوَسَخَّرْنَامَعَدَاوُودَالْجِبَالَيُسَبِّحْنَوَالطَّيْرَوَكُنَّافَاعِلِينَ
  “made We include/understand it in Solomon. And to each one We gave faculty to judge and the to know . And We controlled the mountains with exalter Our Glory in company of David, as well as the birds. And it is We who are the Maker. ”

Sourate 27

• verse 84:
  حَتَّىإِذَاجَاؤُواقَالَأَكَذَّبْتُمبِآيَاتِيوَلَمْتُحِيطُوابِهَاعِلْماًأَمَّاذَاكُنتُمْتَعْمَلُونَ
  “Then, when they arrive, will say: " Did you treat lies My signs without to have embraced them your to know ? Or what did you thus make? " ”

Sourate 28

• verse 14:
  وَلَمَّابَلَغَأَشُدَّهُوَاسْتَوَىآتَيْنَاهُحُكْماًوَعِلْماًوَكَذَلِكَنَجْزِيالْمُحْسِنِينَ
  “And when it had reached its maturity and its full formation, We gave him faculty to judge and a science . Thus We reward the beneficial ones. ”
