Illusion of Müller-Lyer

the Illusion of Müeller-Lyer is a distorting Optical illusion perceptive famous which is summarized with an arrow. When one asks an observer to place a mark in the middle of the figure, it will be invariably placed towards the tail.

An alternative uses two arrows, one with the points towards the interior and the other with the points outside. When one asks to compare the size of the lines (except points) which are equal, the observer will indicate the arrow with the points towards the interior like largest.
