A ignimbrite , kind of casting pyroclastic , is a formed remains rock of Volcanic rock (Rhyolite, Dacite) welded before their cooling mixed with a vitreous matrix. It is mainly made up of quartz, of Sanidin E, Albite and Biotite.
It has a stone aspect Ponce. The principal colors go from the dark gray to the blue gray.
Origin
The ignimbrites result from volcanic eruptions of the explosive type accompanied by volcanic clouds.
Méta-ignimbrite
The méta-ignimbrites are metamorphized ignimbrites.
Use
The ignimbrite is locally employed in the construction industry
