Idjevan

Idjevan is a town of Arménie located in the area of Tavush, not far from the Lac Sevan. The city counts 21.000 inhabitants, and has as a mayor Varoujan Nercissian . Idjevan is at the border of the Azerbaïdjan, and to 150 km of Erevan, the capital. The city is located on banks of the Aghster.

The city is located at 600 meters of altitude.
