Icewind Paves
Icewind Paves , is, just like Baldur' S Gate , a Video game of role developed by BioWare and published by Interplay and Black Isle Studios which follows the rules of the second edition of Donjons and Dragons . It left in 2000.
Presentation and History
The history proceeds in the north of Féerune, in the area of the Val Darkens ( Icewind Dale in English) not far from the assembly line called “the Backbone of the world”, where a mysterious evil prevails, and threatens the small village of Havredest. Its tour will carry out it in various places of the area: phantom valley, volcano invests by monsters of all kinds, abandoned elfic fortress (the Distinct Hand), old caves of dwarves (Profondorn),…The principal difference with its predecessor is his linearity: the players in search of combat epic and which do not want to be encumbered Roleplay will find there the play until they wait. The player can also entirely create his team, it does not recruit a PNJ (characters not players, i.e. managed by the computer as they are not recruited by the player) during the play.
