Ibn Qutayba
Ibn Qutayba was a writer-philologist, theorist and Arab historian , born with Kufa in 828, died in Baghdad in 899.
It becomes Cadi with Dinavar in the Kurdistan. It fixes by a series of handbooks the elements of the Arab culture. By the primacy which it grants to the Islamic religious questions, it obtains the adhesion of the orthodoxe mediums.
