Ian Robert MacRae , born the April 6th 1943 with Christchurch (New Zealand), is a former player of Rugby to XV which played with the team of New Zealand. It evolved/moved at the station of three quarter centers (1,88  m for 86  kg).

Career

He played 85 matches with the province of Hawke' S Bay then was trainer of this team.

He disputed then its first test match with the team of New Zealand the July 16th 1966 against the British Lions. Its last test match was against the South Africa, the September 12th 1970.

It was three times captain of the team of New Zealand.
