I like to read
History
I like to read is a magazine published since 1977 by the French group Bayard Presse. Very recognizable with its small size and its red cover, it is the most sold magazines of its category (asserting 2 million small readers each month) in 2003 - it was copied by the editions Fleurus, Milan, etc and gave rise to other magazines of reading of the group: I bouquine, for the teenagers, and more recently DLire. For young people, learning how to read, My first I like to read , on the departure conceived like out of the ordinary for the first quarter of the CP, asserted myself little by little like a magazine on whole share. The review is divided into three parts:
- a history accessible to the children from the primary education
- some pages from play
- initially one band-drawn from some pages: Tom-Tom and Nana. There were one period of alternation with Tom-Tom and Nana, Ariol and Fripouille and Malicette. The review passed to two band-drawn by number. Since December 2005 the history of Tom-Tom and Nana does not make any more that one page and of new series appeared, Anatole Latuile every month and Suzie and Godefroy which alternates one month on the other with Ariol. All these modifications are undoubtedly intended to prepare the assistantship with the future retirement of Bernadette Després.
