I Musici of Montreal
The I Musici of Montreal is a Chamber orchestra Québécois.
History
Founded in 1983 by Yuli Turovsky, the formation counts fifteen permanent musicians. It realizes more than one hundred concerts per annum and plays throughout the world, in Korea as with the the United States.Its musicians, graduates of the University of Montreal and the Université McGill had already produced twenty recordings discographics in 1991. The orchestra celebrated its 25e birthday in 2002.
The president of sound Board of directors is Me Gerard Coulombe and its highly skilled president is Serge Leclaire. I Musici gained several prices and received the praises of the critic musical Claude Gingras.
