ISO 9004
ISO 9004 is a standard ISO of the family ISO 9000. Its complete title is: System of management of quality - Guiding lines for the improvement of the performances .
This standard was published initially in 1994 and a new version is published in 2000. It is centered on the mechanism of continuous improvement and its tools.
It is in the course of revision. This revision must transform the ISO 9004 into generic standard of management.
