ISO 10006
The ISO 10006:2003 gives councils on the application of the Management of the quality to the projects.
It is applicable to projects of variable complexity, which they are small or large, of short or long life, which are in different environments, whatever the type of product or process of project. It can be necessary to adapt these councils to a precise project.
The ISO 10006:2003 does not constitute a guide for the “management of project” in itself, but is satisfied to give councils on quality within the framework of the processes of management with project whereas the ISO 9004 gives councils on quality within the framework of the processes relating to the product of the project and on the “approach process”.
It should be noted that the present International standard is a collection of councils and which it is not intended to be used for needs for certification/recording.
